Looking for a unique and charming venue for your special event? Whether you’re planning an intimate baby shower, a lively bridal shower, or a festive Christmas party, Makkink’s Flower Farm provides the perfect indoor space during our off-season (mid-October through the end of May).
✨ Rental Options
1. Basic Rental
$100 per hour
Includes:
Use of the building & washroom facilities
Two garbage bins
Tables & chairs for up to 55 guests
Decorations (subject to availability)
Background music selection
2. Standard Rental
$125 per hour (or $500 for 5 hours)
Includes everything in the Basic Rental plus:
Use of our certified kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, air fryer, dishwasher & coffee maker
On-site staff assistance with kitchen appliances
Elegant floral dishware (cups, plates, utensils, glasses, etc.)
4 large tables with black tablecloths (often used for food & beverages)
Complimentary coffee & tea service
Microphone available
🍽️ Please note: Catering is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
🍷 If serving alcohol, you must obtain a Special Occasion Permit and liability insurance. Makkink’s Flower Farm does not serve or assume liability for alcohol provided by clients.

💳 Payment & Booking
Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit required at booking to secure your date
Balance: Due 10 days before your event
Additional Fees: Any add-ons or extra hours will be billed after the event
Payment Methods: Cash, debit, or e-transfer
❌ Cancellations
Cancel 30+ days before event: 50% cancellation fee of total rental cost
Cancel less than 6 days before event: No refund
